John & Lilian welcome you to The George & Dragon
a proper village pub with a friendly and convivial atmosphere.

A place to sit and chat, free from loud music, pinging fruit machines, karaoke, and all the other distractions of the trendier pub.

Good cheer, award winning ales and a traditional welcome await you at The George & Dragon Inn, with a roaring fire to sit by in the winter.

Although we do not currently offer a full food service, we always offer a selection of homemade snacks, such as pasties made with local 'Maiden Way' lamb, fresh pizza and savouries

We also have a selection award winning, Cask Marque accredited real ales available, as well as a range of lagers, bitters, stouts and cider. Other refreshments include soft drinks, coffees, teas and hot chocolate.
